The service was excellent, my room was upgraded and I was given early check-in. The hotel's location is also very strategic.

The staircase design is very strange; you just go around in circles without knowing where you're going. The hotel doesn't have a kettle, and the toilets smell terrible.

The hotel is all perfect, just the check-in process is a bit bland, maybe the employees were tired, they forgot to give me my IC back.

This was my 2nd stay (6 days this time). In addition to my good review of the hotel, location is important. There is a Mydin supermarket just across the road.

The staff have made my stay pleasant, and I like the local area too. The extractor fan in the bathroom is strong and keeps the mirror free of condensation.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming. The first room we stayed in was not cool, and the hot shower didn't work. We then asked to be moved. The second room also had a bad AC and kept going off every hour. It looks like they need some major maintenance on their hotel.

I was travelling with my parents and felt so happy when we finally found a comfortable hotel to stay in. The room is small but really lovely. Each of us has our own bed, and the bathroom is spacious and very clean. I think I’ll definitely come back to stay here again. The location is also very convenient and close to everywhere, which is a big plus. Lastly, I’d like to say a special thank you to Ehsan, (i hope im not mistaken his name) the GSA who welcomed us. I felt quite uncomfortable with the attitude of some locals, but Ehsan was genuinely kind. He always smiled and greeted us warmly, and it truly made our stay more pleasant. Thank you, Ehsan 😊

Low season price: RM 75 + 10 (tax/night) Pros • Location close to Petaling Jaya Street • Lots of eateries nearby, though not all of them are delicious • Somewhat close to Central Market (a must-try here) • Friendly hotel staff; when the door card failed due to a dead battery, they immediately replaced it. Cons • There's a TV in the room, but it's only for display, as it doesn't have any channels. • The location is quite noisy at night because it's on the main road. • Sounds from the next room can still be heard. • The AC is facing directly at your head, which can cause headaches when you wake up. Conclusion: If you want to explore Petaling Jaya Street, you might want to spend a day or two here.

I'm from Pontianak, Indonesia. This is my first time staying on Petaling Street, Chinatown and my 1st time stay 4 nights on SCC (Safe Clean Comfortable Gateway Chinatown) Hotels, located right in cornerside of the streets, right before Gate of Petaling Street, under the Pedestrian Cross Bridges right in front of KotaRaya Berjaya Plaza Small Mall. I like the friendly, enjoy services by the managers or staff, named Jackie, when check in & check out, they check it all very details about the tourist tax RM 10 per 1 nights & deposit RM 50 they explain so well and nice 👍🏻. I stay on room 803, in tops 8th floors of the hotels, in roomtype superior queen Bed No windows, location: very golden to go petaling streets, all chinatown, near to Pasar Seni MRT/LRT/ Bus Point, near to Central Market Pasar Seni, near to Jalan Panggong a lot of cafes, shopping stuff theres, attraction tourism, near to dataran merdeka squares, for Muslim, near to Surau Abu Said Al Kudri theres, and to Masjid Negara 1,7km, a lot of very strategic interesting places near. Really easy to find any foods near, Malay, Mamak, Chinese, Indian, Canai, Naan, anything! Inshaallah will come back again to stays here with others rooms with windows!

even though the room is small, it's really comfortable..

Stayed 2 days in room 801, the water heater was not working, the shower water pressure was stronger than urine. Reported to the staff and hotel management, no solution, complained to Traveoka, the same thing. Forced to accept it for 2 days.

The hotel does not have an elevator, to enter the hotel no access key is given so every time you want to enter the hotel you have to ring the bell and wait for the staff to open the door (sometimes it can take a long time to open). The room does not have a TV, the toilet door also cannot be locked.
