poor in room design, not user friendly (lots of peeping-gaps), very dark in the bathroom, slippery floor in the bathroom, breakfast less variety. only good in public area design

Very nice quiet area. There is a taikooli mall nearby with all the international big brand. It is about 30 min ride using didi to the cbd area where all the tourist attractions. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

Lightning inside room is not bright enough . Reception staff , in particular male gender, needs more training to greet guests promptly at time of interaction. Breakfast is terrific and the staff in the dining room are courteous.

The staff are very nice. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes walking distance to a big shopping mall and subway station.

It’s brand new hotel with fashion design , the room is reasonable big and the bathroom is very large and nice! The staff is very friendly and helpful! It’s in the big shopping complex with lots of high standard restaurants in it. Will come back again !

I recently spent 8 nights at the Artyzen Hotel with my team, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel's design is impeccable, exuding both elegance and comfort. The rooms were spacious and provided the perfect sanctuary after long days of work. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly polite, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Artyzen Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Super modern and new. Friendly staff and will no doubt soon become a hotspot.

地點很棒，離太古里很近，出門走地下道就可以直通太古里跟地鐵，環境很乾淨，住了很多次但早餐永遠樣式不多，選擇性很少。
