In a faceless suburb to us, but a wonderful upscale hotel.

Very good hotel in good condition, though it lacks some repairs and services. Excellent location. Free parking. Great breakfast. Will definitely return.

The suite was not a luxurious as I expected. Only 1 shampoo and shower jel. Had to ask for more. I felt it was all done on a budget and there wasn’t anything special. It was a special occasion for us.Staff were very nice and they brought shower jel immediately. There was no fruit or a few chocolates in the room. Just two biscuits. The price was a lot of money for Portugal and I expected better.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Portugal. Will definitely return when I have the chance.

Our room was not the best: No view! The hotel's ground (main) floor has the reception, bar, restaurant. The guest rooms are in 3 levels of "basements" - sort of! One still sees outside and can enjoy the small patio (no chairs to sit on though). Very strange key to the doors - never seen anything like it. A man comes and "customizes" the hardware for the key - it feels like the normal card you get, but it ain't software-driven! If you lose your key they have to physically come and change your lock's setting and give you a new key. We got very good service: advice, storing of personal things in their fridges... The food was too salty (like everywhere in Portugal); but once we told them they cut it down to normal level. We were disappointed by the limited selection of vegetables. Seems that is a general problem in this country - it's still a meat and potato country!

Maravilhosa, recebidos com um Porto delicioso apesar da chegada ao hotel de noite devido ao voo, bem perto e facil de chegwr do aeroporto, cama e cafe deliciosos!! Volto com certeza

Impecável o hotel

Très déçu par le restaurant, entre le temps d'attente et le service très moyen. On est venu dîné avec des enfants la commande a été prise après plusieurs relances env 30min après l'arrivée. Et les plats servis étaient très moyen pour le prix . Mais a côté de ça l'hôtel est très beau et les réceptionniste ont été adorables quand j'ai eu besoin de lait a 1h la nuit. Merci

Camera spaziosa e moderna, pulita anche se ho trovato un capello in bagno. No ciabattine di cortesia. Buono il ristorante sia per il cibo, per la sala molto panoramica e per il servizio; mentre il servizio al bar, dove mi hanno servito uno spumante caldo, non di livello. Molto bella e ben arredata la terrazza del bar stesso.

Grande chambre confortable. Le petit-déjeuner offre un grand choix de produits de bonne qualité. La description de l'hôtel gagnerait être plus cohérente (notamment en ce qui concerne les heures d'ouverture de la réception et le caractère inclu ou pas du petit-déjeuner).

Viajamos várias vezes de norte a sul do país. O serviço e condições deste hotel é dos melhores por onde já passamos. Instalações com muito bom gosto. Simpatia de todos os funcionários com quem interagimos. Serviço de pequeno almoço muito bom.

Hotel recentemente renovado, muito limpo e com pessoal MUITO atencioso. Recomendo !!! Café da manhã excelente !!!
