The room was clean warm and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The situation was very good- close to the old part of the city. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and clean.

Interior was quite lovely. Didn't realize it was such a small hotel. My only comment is that it was in a part of old town that might have been offputting to someone coming from U.S. with no prior experience of old town vibes.

What a hidden gem, would stay again. Small bedroom but very adequate. Lovely open full kitchen for everyone to use, nice little balcony/communal. Downtown was a bit noisy/walkable

Great welcome from receptionist. Communal kitchen area. Lovely terrace for relaxing/sunbathing. Very clean. My only criticism would be that towels could be upgraded. I enjoy staying here.

Great staff, Luana was the best host you could find. When taxi never came to take me to bus station, she called a friend who took me there and would not except any payment. Wonderful breakfast included. Would recommend it to anyone.

It was very basic for the type of hotel we are used to staying in but none the less very clean and friendly. Perfect for backpackers and central food prep area for those who like to meet and chat with others. More of a hostel feel.

Room is small but it did the job, bed sheets not the most comfortable but mattress good, shower nice and very clean. Faro is small so it’s within 5 minutes to everything. WiFi and tea available for free. Staff were lovely, when we got locked out at 2am she came with no complaint to come and let us in.
