the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the rooms didn’t seem very well taken care of the sink had a weird smell because of the mold build up on the sink. the floor of the shower & bathroom had mold and seem very dirty as if it weren’t well cleaned as well as the room itself held a very strong smell. the restaurant provided good food as well as presentation and taste, I enjoyed the views and how helpful they were with getting transported to the other side of the lake, I tried to get in the pool but the maintenance wasn’t good enough to get in.

Electricity went out in my first room so got moved to another room. They minimize you as a guest if they know you booked through Expedia. The restaurants food was ok the service was horrible. The beds are horrible woke up in the middle of the night from body aches so turned to the other side to attempt to sleep. In the new room ran the water for 10 minutes before it started to warm up. Hairdryer wouldn’t work due to not enough power wouldn’t recommend it

We had an amazing stay in Santiago Atitlán! The room was super spacious with four comfortable beds, very clean, and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Atitlán. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Aldo, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Atitlán! 🌿💙

El personal es muy amable y colaborador, la comida es muy biena pero las instalaciones son viejas y un poco deterioradas, internet deficiente y a pesar de tener 4 pisos no tienen elevador. En resumen no es malo, pero podría ser mejor

In every aspect, the hotel looks neat. Clean and spacious rooms, good food, location near the market and traditional arts shops, close to the main beach. The swimming pool is clean, and the hotel has its own lake beach.

Great place for relax and increíble views beautiful gardens and excellent service, friendly staff and big rooms the only big inconvenience is the road to get there the town has very small Allies so the chance to get stuck there is very big be careful and recommend a lighted sign to the hotel because at night is very hard to see

This place I seriously a hidden gem! Spectacular views and convenient with children since it’s such a family friendly facility and even without kids, it’s a little oasis. Easily my favorite spot in all Atitlan so far.

Room was nice, bathrooms could use upgrades. The grounds are beautiful and loved the restaurant and the staff.

It is such a beautiful property. It is like an estate with all kinds of flowers and plants. It is difficult to see such a beautiful place. The hotel room is little bearbone. But the surrounding property makes it a worthy stay.
