Recepcionista muy amanble

When arrived the hotel was closed, no one in reception, night security guy said that they don’t take reservations past 6 pm and he didn’t have keys or a way for us to stay there.

I didn’t like the condition of the rooms Poor ilumination Outdated rooms And no WiFi in each room. That is not acceptable. Mayor improvement is necessary.

The property failed to let us know the entire park would be closed during the week. The package I Purchased was also supposed to include breakfast, but I was charge separately.

Usual for Guatemala tight parking. Good for family with children - otherwise a nightmare for a couple.

When I got there the pools were dirty when I went to my rooms they din't have a table for us to eat the bathroom were dirty the courtains of my bedroom were dirty. I had to pay if I wanted to used the mini fridge in the room. I don't have we're to put my drinks .the people were friendly .but the place was bad.

I was unable to stay at Valle Dorado as planned because I contracted COVID the day before our planned arrival. No one would respond to emails or phone calls requesting a cancellation. I was charged for the room and offered no refund or credit.

Food was fantastic, and it was a beautiful place. Looking forward to coming back!

Very good loved it would stay again and we recommend it because the people are very nice and the park is also very very nice.

This place was absolutely awesome!We enjoyed the waterpark, proximity to the beach. The room was great! Wish we would’ve had more days at this destination as it was really cool

Free breakfast, relativily close location to Quirigua. Had a room right by the road even though there were others available, armed guards

We stayed here because of the hotel's location between Copan and Quirigua. They consider themselves an amusement park. They have a couple of pools and mini golf. We didn't have time for either, but the facilities looked fine. The hotel was clean and pleasant. It had enclosed parking. The desk clerk required that we stay at check out until someone had checked our rooms. This was a bit annoying.

For my expierence the price is to much, I will recommended, for the need to stay in the area but they can provide with better service, the staf is very nice and pleasant but that is part of the culture, like I say prices!!! Are to high!!!!
