The property was very limited, noise fridge, only one toilet paper per day, bad coffee machine, not dishes we could use at all! Poor lady works too hard 7 days 12 hours daily! Not other worker on property! The owner sucks!

Lovely Garden and dining room very very nice staff, bathroom wasn't particularly clean

Not a secure location and I was alone in the hotel nearly every night as there is no employee who stays overnight. The room was comfortable but the windows had no screens so the mosquitos and other biting insects were a nightmare. The restaurant was open haphazardly and was dirty. My room was cleaned only once during my ten day stay and only because I pled with the kitchen employee. In a country where toilet paper can't go into the toilet so sits in your bathroom trash can, having to empty your own trash can because no one cleaned the room was really disgusting.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. This man is clearly scamming people and all positive reviews are fake. The rooms are stuffy, the toilet did not work, there is no wifi, no free breakfast, the shower stopped working after 2 uses. Run far away from this hotel!

Proximinty to the lake was great. Great olace to stay for an authentic jungle experience.

The personnel where all courteous. Nevertheless, according to the listing, the place had parking (which it didn't) and the place was lakeside (which it wasn't). All of the lake pictures are taken from a public dock (sponsored by the hotel) that is maybe 200 meters away (with several properties within the forest in between). There is no view of the lake at all from the property itself where the rooms, restaurant and resting areas are. The restaurant experience was quite poor. I ordered the vegetarian dish which just consisted of boiled vegetables with no attempt at seasoning them (no butter, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, etc. nothing!) which made it completely tasteless. So eating in was unappealing and the room didn't have a kitchenette so bringing one's own food was not an option.The closest restaurant was around 1km away so eating out was a bit of hassle, especially for dinner taking into account you had to walk in the dark through in a small trail within a forest to enter and exit the property. All room pictures in the listing were from a very nice and elegant cabin, not from the room were I was assigned. The room were I stayed had no windows, just some wooden frames that opened but without glass nor screen so it couldn't get opened without having bugs come inside at night. So beside having no view and no natural light, it also had poor airflow, so it felt very claustrophobic like sleeping in a closet. Not what you expect from a place that advertises itself as lakeside!

This place is excellent. It has the most comfortable mattress I have ever had in this part of the world and top quality bedding. Beautiful decor. Nice staff who go the extra mile for you. Shower could be hotter, but everything else is perfect.

Location was great, near the deck and the personnel attention was flawless.

It's awkward to get to - go by boat from wherever then get a tuk tuk to the hotel. You will still have a 200 meter walk down a dirt path to get there but don't take a tuk tuk all the way there, the roads are horrible. The room I had was very nice but no restaurant so eat or bring food to cook and cash to pay for the room.

Great location very authentic. 50m from the lake. No view on the lake.

Hay que pagar por el estacionamiento y en la página lo incluyen, además no nos dieron el desayuno a pesar que lo incluía, el camino para llegar es horrible, la cabaña era limpia pero no dan lo que ofrecen ya que el carro lo tuvimos que dejar en el parqueo de una casa y además nosotros pagarlo … no volvería

La ubicación no es a la orilla del lago, y es muy complicado pagar con tarjeta de crédito. Algunas fotos no corresponden al lugar

Ligt heel afgelegen, hadden we niet verwacht. Maar heel mooie kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Ideaal om als je rust zoekt.

Me parecio que un lugar muy tranquilo y ordenado .muy hermoso jardín. Muy bonitas camas y baños habitaciones muy comodas Muy relajante. Lo que no me gustó fue que no estaba a la orilla del lago como e miraba en una fotografía y no tenian toda la comida o bebidas que mostraba la carta.queriamos micheladas pero no habian.
