We thought the photos online were much older than current condition. Friendly staff, needs some updating & repairs.

The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off, but it was all part of the experience. Netflix on the TV was nice (we actually put on the fireplace channel), and it was so cozy... definitely a memorable place to stay! And there is a very cute and delicious restaurant/takeaway spot just across the road, about a 5 min walk, where we enjoyed some yummy food and a game of jenga! Breakfast at the hotel was simple but nice. One thing to note is you can't pay with credit card here! And you will need a car if you're planning on visiting Angostura (not walkable to town, and we walk a lot). That said, we will definitely go back if we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Quarto maravilhoso, com mesinha e cadeiras, sacada, banheiro amplo com hidro. Tudo muito limpo, cama excelente. Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso e cordial. Super recomendo

O check-in foi rapido, fomos bem orientados pela equipe da recepção. Porem o quarto era um desastre . O aquecedor do quarto era fraco , mesmo estando na temperatura 30° , e a cidade estava com temperaturas negativas . Os aquecedores do banheiro eram fracos, chao gelado . Ao ligar a hidro sujeiras sairam o que tornou uma coisa nojenta . A mini geladeira comecou a vazar agua dentro do quarto O cafe da manha era composto apenas de 2 tipos de bolo , queijo , medialuna, agua, suco, cafe e iogurte A experiência foi tao frustrante que deixamos o local com uma diaria paga

Lugar maravilhoso e aconchegante, com um atendimento incrível. Todos muito atenciosos, simpáticos e educados. Voltaremos!
