Few idiots coming in late and talking loudly outside the bedroom doors. No fault of the hotel. Comfortable and great location.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, and the restaurant appears top notch, however we stayed in a very small room on the third floor, with no elevator. It is a very old property without recent renovation. The room was small and had sloped ceilings on two sides, which was not comfortable for my 6’2” companion. The shower stall was right in the room itself, with zero privacy other than a thin cloth screen. The toilet was in its own closet with a door. The floors were linoleum that was at least 40 years old. The view of the city from the window was terrific, and the bed was comfortable, but I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to others. There was very little in terms of front desk support (there literally is no front desk), and no one was available until 3 pm, so we had to store our luggage ourselves in an unattended, multi-purpose room/closet in the second floor. The staff we did run into were very nice, but it wasn’t clear who was restaurant versus hotel staff.,

It was difficult to navigate their system because they do not have staff on the property at all times.

Location was great! Short walk to the city center. Room was clean nicely maintained. I would highly recommend.

Great location for exploring the city. No elevator so the stair climb was tough with suitcases.

Hotel is well situated and room (10) was very cute but is best suited for shorter people because we kept knocking our heads on the slanted ceilings.

Great location, very clean and spacious. It was a self check in. Limited interaction with staff but everything went smoothly. My only warning is that there is no lift and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of narrow stairs.

Lovely hotel and close to the centre of Brugge .Staff were all very friendly.Restaurant was excellent and my brother and I had a wonderful meal. The only criticism we had was the paper cups instead of china cups for tea or coffee in the bedrooms which were too hot to hold when a hot drink was in them .would have. Preferred china mugs.

Love brugge....cosy hotel suite very well decorated more 4 star than 2..resteaurant downstairs is a must try ..superb food and ambiance..location is bang in the middle of town 10 minute walk from train station

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and in the perfect location. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful family room in a lovely hotel in the city centre where everything was in walking distance. The room was a very good size and very clean with special touches like the towels being made into teddy bears which my daughter loved. I could not fault this hotel and would stay again
