The property was booked out so we had to resort to parking on the road one night which wasn't bad, but also wasn't preferred. Reception/front desk staff were friendly and helped sort out problems in an amicable way. Would recommend

Lovely property. Minor Check in issues which was resolved.cleaning services on one day was incomplete. Notwithstanding great and courteous team marina in the restaurant. Blessings to all . I love the place would definitely recommend

I loved this hotel, it is a beautiful place that is very well run. I stayed here twice on my trip through the Guianas, and each time the staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the freshly made to order eggs each morning as well as the cappuccino machine in the breakfast area.

I liked the nature around it, it could be more and the swimming pool could be cleaner but loved it

Loved the well kept grouds and eco setting. The meals were good; warm and friendly staff.

Need to accommodate customers wishes in the restaurant. I requested boiled corn and I could not have it yet there was fresh corn in the market

Great to be back at the property after 5 years (Covid and renovations). Only issue is the expense of breakfast ($25). I also did not get the river view I had expected. Be aware that river side does not mean river view just that you’re in the 2nd building which is closer to the river as compared to the 1st building which is closer to the street.

Tranquility comes to mind when i think of the Eco Resort. If you need to do extensive reading at night while there the dimmed lights might pose a challenge. Overall I enjoyed my short stay

First of all, upon checking-in the front desk staff informed me that my reservation did not include breakfast. Which I know I had booked inclusive of breakfast, I was asked to provide the evidence which I did immediately, and later asked to submit the information via email. I never received a response and has to inquire several times what is the status with my issue. At last I was informed that it was approved and my stay included breakfast (after inquiring about 8 times), however EVERY morning I went to dine I was informed that my booking does not include breakfast. This was very embrasing, as everyday I had to reiterate the same story! The staff had to inquire from the front-desk, who then had to inquire from reservation if I am allowed breakfast EVERYDAY! Secondly, my room was inadequately prepared, there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser, no face tissue, no bath mat, no iron iron board (had to request). Additionally, there were some kind of bugs in the pillows/sheets (I am not sure). I checked with my doctor upon retuning home regarding the itches and bumps on my neck and feet and he informed it is bedbugs. I am very dissatisfied with my stay at Eco Inn. At least the restaurant and bar staff were very nice and courteous (5-stars to them only).

Like the surroundings and the staf. the room should be updated soon the bathroom was old(but clean). not everything is in working condition.

Good location, able to use gym at sister property.

Eco is a nice small hotel to stay at. The only thing I don’t like as much are the small bathrooms with curtains. Glass walls would be far more convenient

I liked the kindness of everybody who was working there. I didn't like so much the presence of 'group' tourists and tourists who came only to Suriname visiting resorts.

Its location while still close to town it has the feeling to be in the outskirts, its garden is very attractive.

Best location and accommodation for the price you get great breakfast and affordable shuttle from and to the airport for Paramaribo that is a most.

Nice property - good valuer for the price. Great location - walking to othert restuarants, etc.
