This motel needs new beds and the floors need a good mopping the staff is friendly the parking does not match the numbered rooms.

My husband is going to start picking hotels/motels from now on as I seem to be choosing horribly. This motel was horrible and we didn't feel very safe in the area. It wasn't very clean, it hardly had any electrical outlets to plug in your devices and we just couldn't wait to leave. We woke up extra early just to get an early start on our travels home and so we could check in early at a decent hotel. (Which we then immediately showered.) I hate leaving poor reviews - but when they are warranted, I feel people need to be aware. How sad is it that horrible motels/hotels can charge so much for terrible conditions, just because they know they will get travellers coming off the ferry (or boarding the next day).

The motel is ok for a night of sleep. The bed wasn't sitting straight and it was quite skeaky. Otherwise, the room was clean and the amenities were what was expected for a motel.

Would be better if they would even offer coffee

No breakfast

The room was dirty! No heat, just a small electric heater. Shower stall was small and curtain hanging off. Bed was hard as rocks and old as a boot! No glasses in room. Very noisy. I asked to pay for one night but was told because I booked through Hotels.Com, I had to pay for all 3 nights ( I was paying cash). We only stayed one night. Moved to a different hotel and therefore paid for two nights at two motels!

This is an older property in desperate need of repair and improvements. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge which was great. The bed was repaired and supported by 4x4s and 2x6 lumber. The mattress was hard and the shower needed to be replaced.

While not impressive from the curbside, we got all we needed from our stay. Which was three good beds, satisfactory air conditioning, full-on shower, fridge, and easily accessible ice-machine. We were close to both downtown North Sydney, and Sydney proper.

While the host was very nice and helpful, the place certainly needs heavy renovation in every respect (worn-out furniture, lose fittings, broken parts here and there, etc.). The online pictures are deceiving as the reality looks quite different. The price which we paid is by no means justified for this motel.

Rooms were very clean. It had a fridge, microwave, tv.

Not in good repair. The curtains don’t even cover the window and they have very bright lights outside the door that shine through the window all night. Took over an hour to get some heat in the room.

Room was clean and location convenient however the property and rooms are very dated.
