Let me start by saying the owner/ staff on duty was great and accommodating. But the property photos are misleading. When I arrived late I didn’t feel safe and actually chose to stay up all night at the airport instead of the pod. The idea of sleeping in a bed next to strangers with no security on staff on duty… and a curtain in between didn’t feel right, so I left. Expedia also doesn’t list their policy that if you book after 8pm and are arriving after midnight you can not check in. Only once I bought and paid for it did I receive that information in an email. The only reason I even considered a low-grade hotel was because I only needed it for a few hours to sleep between flights so that information should’ve been provided before I booked. Perhaps for some this type of stay is adequate, but for me, I would never consider it again

Hotel not as described, dirty and noisy. There are blind closures so light comes through and people can see you getting changed. Dirt, hair, and sanitary towels everywhere in female washroom. Poor service at reception. Limited light switches and lack of noise insulation. Asked for a refund but was denied.

I had a great stay for 2 nights. My only concern was the Female Restroom which wasn't secure so a member of the opposite sex could easily access this area especially in the shower area. When i was showering, i felt quite vulnerable. There was a tv mounted in the kitchen area but was told it wasn't working.

Near a mall and the richmond train line. All in all a great experience.

To stay upstair, to go down is kind of dangerous, and boiler noise on the ceiling is so loud, ear pad even doesn't work, now it's 5am, I still can't sleep.

If you are solo traveller & want to be on cheap budget, this would be a good place to experience this. I don’t mind the single pod bed & amenities that come with this. I wouldn’t recommend for big families or big groups of people to do this. It is convenient that it’s close by to the Richmond Centre & Transit. Overall, not bad experience!

Who doesnt love a pod/capsule hotel? But this is twice the price that it should be. For this price, you can get a pod hotel in NYC with individual shower rooms, individual toilet rooms (not stalls) and an actual “room” where you can stand like a dignified person and put on your underwear. Typical Vancouver. 2 star quality for 5 star pricing. Because… Vancouver.
