Room was good. There were only a few things available for breakfast. We skipped it and ate elsewhere.

Ive stayed in too many places. This was comfortable and relaxing.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Stayed 3 nights in early March. Always clean and tidy. Snow was plowed and staff had walkways clear and salted. Breakfast had the same items offered at major hotel chains. This place is a gem away from downtown Sudbury’s underclass of street characters. Nothing fancy or pretentious but absolutely clean and hospitable run by family entrepreneurs who know service. A great place to send pesky in-laws or for times you don’t have enough rooms.

I wish there was a coffee pot in the room. Continental breakfast didn't start until 7am and I have to be at my location by 6am so I could even make a coffee. For people that like Tim Hortons it would be okay because it is next door to the Inn however I am not one of those people and to have a coffee upon my return would have been nice as well. Internet WIFI was available but signal was so poor that it was always cutting out and not strong enough to work with on a laptop. Other that those two complains I would definitely stay again and recommend. Very clean, friendly staff and never had to ask for fresh linen, toiletries or towels. My stay was for four weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. The Doghouse restaurant down the road also had excellent food (wings, best I have had in many years). Worth the stay if not far from Chelmsford or downtown Sudbury yes you drive but quite and safe, never worried about my vehicle, even forgot to lock it one night and everything was just as I left in the morning. You would never be that lucky downtown
