Tired building needs update

the staff not eager to help;

The stay was ok-but some improvements needed. Light above mirror in bathroom was burnt out. Room has wear and tear but clean. Pool is a bit shabby and liner peeling, could use a refresh. Bed was very soft so if you like a firm sleep they weren't for you. Price was ok for a July stay

It was okay. Average. No breakfast or restaurant on site

The bathtub was filly. There was a lot of brown stuff on the tub bottom.

The room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable as were th3 pillows. Air conditioner worked great. Rooms are not very soundproof and no restaurant or vending machines for any kind of snack. Outside needs a good cleaning and some paint. Too bad pub and restaurant have not re-opened. Could be a game changer for this place.

Property, room and stay was OK, price was a bit high for OK

The hotel was outdated, tired and rundown, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and air conditioning and mini fridge worked well. It accomplished what it needed to do. It wouldn't have taken much to empty the garbage cans outside the front lobby ( they were full and overflowing the entire 3 days we were there.

The room that the manager assigned me upon check in had mould in the bathroom.. I requested to switch rooms and he put me into a room that had a cracked ceiling in the bathroom, which looked like it also had mould… I confronted him about this and he shrugged it off and refused to take any further action. Such a waste of time and money, I will NEVER go back there.

The room smelled like dog or cat urine. The carpets were not cleaned. The room smelled overall along with hallway to the room. This requires a full refund. Not worth ever staying there. So outdated and repulsive.

We enjoyed the pool and the room!

Great pool. Decent sized rooms. Sound proofing is not great so you can hear others in hallways and in rooms if they are being rowdy.

Was good experience

The king bed in our room was extremely comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet area. There was no traffic noise and we slept very well. The hotel is footsteps away from a liquor store, and just up the street from a grocery store, Tim Hortons and gas station. We only stayed one night but found the price and the hotel to be very acceptable and comfortable.

The pool was good. It’s not in the best condition but it was refreshing in the hot weather!

Despite having to change rooms due to a leak in the bathroom ceiling, I found the place perfectly adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the rooms were clean.

Beauty rest mattress like sleeping on a cloud!!! Ice available! All great but no on hand restaurant.

Comfy beds, good pool and hot tub. Been staying here for years. Really wish it had a continental breakfast. Maybe fix up the front so it doesn't look so abandoned.

Hotels.com should ensure that the pictures on their site are current. We arrived to a run down building and vast unkempt car park with only a few cars but a small camp of junkies. The interior of this vast hotel is really old and in need of refurbishment. The disused restaurant was full of toot, including a motor mower. Our room was on the face of it clean but my wife was far from impressed with the heavily stained pillows beneath the clean pillowcases. We didn't dare to look at the mattress!
