This suite was well laid out, with a good kitchen and excellent coffee maker.

Great hotel

The front desk staff member was excellent. I greatly appreciate the parking directions and the 50% off coupon to visit MOA. MOA is a must see.

The room was reasonable, but the air conditioning made a horribly loud noise that woke me up at 11:45pm. I turned off the air conditioner, which was not that easy to figure out in the middle of the night. It look me hours to get back to sleep, and then the air conditioner made another horrible noise at 7:15am! It continued to make horrible noises all morning. I left that morning without talking to anyone because there was a long line for checking out.

The rooms were too dusty and the mattress was old. They could at least get mattress covers that actually work without coming off. Good and quiet location. The aor conditioning wasn't working but I got fixed later. We asked for a fak as alternative and for given a dusty one that made me sick. More can be done to ensure they get the best value out of the rooms.

Easy checkin. Helpful staff. Clean room. Easy to work AC unit. Very nice and comfortable stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a an extremely convenient a five minute walk to the Chan Performing Arts Center.

What a wonderful find! This hotel on the UBC campus was quiet, clean, and priced well. There are buses all the time to everywhere. Ubers are around. The campus offers amazing walks, gardens, sculptures, a delicious ice cream shop, and the Museum of Anthropology - a world class museum dedicated to indigenous, North Americans. We were there for over 3 hours! Highly recommended!

I can always count on the Walter Gage properties when I'm visiting Vancouver. Check-in is easy, there is ample parking--even for a pickup truck, there are two coffee shops just steps away, the property is always pristine, and the location is excellent.

Professional and friendly staff. Very helpful. Washing machines for guests in apartment style residences could be replaced as they really smell of mold. Even after washing our clothes smelled. But overall - excellent!

I recommend this place all the time.It's easy to get to places to eat.Have a drink and catch the bus to go downtown

Lovely hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were very happy and friendly. As we were leaving our room, one of the housekeeping staff thanked us for staying and wished us well. She seemed very happy in her role. The ladies at reception were also very happy and friendly and super helpful with providing info re buses and things to see and do.

Clean room and functional but kitchen poorly equipped - bring your own pans / dishes if you’re particular. Fridge compressor had a hard time staying off as did the heat pump. Double motor noise throughout the night not great.
