Muy facil acceso, buen sector. Cercano a centros comerciales y supermercado. Por mejorar luces en pasillos e insonoraciòn en habitaciones, mejorar comfort de almohadas. Habitaciones estandar pequeñas.

This hotel wrongfully charged me $8000.00 for my child. My reservation was for one adult and one child. The AC in the room did not work. Over all not a bad hotel, but they will try to nickel and dime you anyway they can.

Nice hotel close to shopping malls

Good quality and good price. The rooms are quite smaller but are comfortable for a couple of working days.

This is not a hotel for Americans on vacation. It's mainly for short stay laborers and business persons. The new building is very narrow with all rooms only on one side of upstairs hallways facing a busy main street. Cheap construction with loose fitting windows lets in street noise all night long. Rooms are super small with hardly any space to turn around and no space for large luggage. Thankfully, the room had good HOT water and electronic safes like those found on cruise ships.

The hotel services and all attention was perfect: receptionists, waitress, security guard and room cleaners. All of them were very nice people.

I think is a fair hotel, for that price you get a good room, but is not a super sleeping experience and in the room you feel that your space is invaded by your partner. Super location.

The hotel is close to a shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful - although no English. No swimming pool. The rooms are very compact but clean and comfortable. You can find accommodation for less money and just as good.

Nice new hotel in Ibague!. The rooms are a little small, but if you are trabeling on business or for a couple of days is a very nice hotel.

Ejecutivo, bien ubicado, precio razonable...volvería. Un poco pequeña la habitación, pero bien. Desayuno bien.
