Exceptional!!! You will not be disappointed. Magically step back in time the moment you walk through the front doors where you are welcomed with warmth, friendliness, sincerity and kindness.Nothing is impossible or too much trouble for our host, from local recommendations for dining, a well prepared map to guide you through the 9000+ streets, or ensuring that every comfort requirement you may have is met. The property exudes the characteristics and charms of yesteryear. A private Oasis amongst the vibrant Medina life. What a memorable stay and experience. Highly recommend! A special thank you to Haddou, Noureddine and Jean Claude. A real pleasure to have met you. Until our next visit, David and Pez

Amazing riad with a very nice breakfast and staff! The owner spent 3 years renovating and it shows. Location around it is safe but can appear run down but I prefer the term ‘historic’. Loved my stay there and they were so kind! Thank you !

The road was nice, quite and very clean. Haddou was very hospitable and helpful. The room was nice but a little claustrophobic. The bathroom was clean and would be nice to have a head shower instead of the hand shower. Overall was good stay.

We stayed 2 nights here in Fes. Our family enjoyed this beautifully decorated Riad. The guardians, Haddouk Hallou and wife made a very good host. We felt welcomed and at home. Haddock was very helpful and took the extra steps to assist our stays in Fes. His wife, Hannah cooked us a delicious chicken Tagine. A great place to be 😄😄

This was my favorite stay in all of Morocco. The Riad is right nearby the Bab and it's the busy bab so all the food and drink you could want is within a few steps. Staff was by far the most helpful, considerate, and friendly I had in Morocco. Hadou and Fatima went above and beyond most reasonable means to make sure my stay was fantastic. my suite was on the main floor which gave me concerns about privacy but the suite comes with heavy curtains and plenty of ways of allow me to retreat when I needed time alone. Fez was my favorite city to visit in Morocco and it was in part to this Riad. Thank you.

We highly recommend Riad Adarissa and really enjoyed our stay there. Really well located just off one of the two main streets in the Medina, but very quiet. The decor is amazing, the wooden doors, among many other renovated touches, are beautiful and we could have spent days just admiring the Riad itself. As other reviews indicate, the staff at the Riad is absolutely standout wonderful and made us feel at home. Nourredine the manager was easy to communicate with prior to arrival and made sure we were comfortable. Haddou was attentive to our every need and really went the extra mile for example walking us to a petit taxi and talking to the driver for us. His wife (sorry to forget her name) cooked a really great dinner for us. Breakfast was very good. They had many recommendations for tours and excursions that we were not able to take advantage of.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Adarissa! Made our time in Fes so enjoyable. Jean Claude, the owner, and staff were so accommodating and outstanding hosts. In particular we fell in love with Haddou... such a lovely person. Haddou catered to all our needs and gave us all info we needed while in Fes. Thank you Haddou (my new second father in Fes :). You'll love your stay here. Great location... right in the middle of the old Medina and easy to get anywhere (including to the gate if you need to get a taxi).

Our stay at the Riad Adarissa was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Haddou and his wife, who made us a very good dinner. Haddou personally escorted us to our transportation on the day that we left and due to our early departure, the Riad nicely offered to pack us breakfast. The owner, Jean Claude was also very accommodating and brought us to the Riad from where we were dropped off. The Riad itself was beautiful with a lovely rooftop balcony. I would definitely recommend Riad Adarissa to anyone traveling to Fes.

We had a wonderful stay here. We had 3 nights in Fes which we used to explore the medina, hike out and up Mt Zallagh and a day trip to the Roman ruins of Volubilis. We were greeted with mint tea and the breakfasts were wonderful. We would stay here again, short walk to the blue gate or the Ain Azliten hospital parking area.

Clean Riad that had beautiful traditional Moroccan details. Beds were more comfortable than other roads and we had the best service. Haddou escorted us to places where our tour groups met and in Fes, the Medina is so large and twisty that Haddou’s help made us feel much more safe and secure. Loved the little touches of mint tea when we arrived or to start our day. It is important to note that this Riad is close to one of the two main roads in the Medina, and near the blue gate, which is great for orienting yourself.

emailed with the hotel prior to arrival to arrange transfer from airport to riad. once got to the airport there was no one there after waiting for 30 minutes. we arrived in the early evening, had no understanding of the city or the medina or the location of the riad within the medina as the gps doesn't work well. once we arrived, it took over 10 minutes for someone to answer the door to the riad to let us in. the room was big, but kept up poorly - no shower, just a tub area with a bucket, a couple of pails and a shower cord. the bed was super hard. there were ants in the bed and in the bathroom. towels were mismatched colors and very coarse and thin. breakfast was fine, nothing special. there were dead ants in the honey. most of the staff did not speak english either very well or at all. didn't provide any recommendations on things to do/see/eat. would not stay here again. definitely not worth the price. charged us 20 euros to do laundry

It is a nice, clean and comfortable riad with excellent services provided by the team, especially Haddou. Location is so convenient for visit Fes Medina, unfortunately the street outside is under construction, so we need porter to help us carry our luggages from parking to riad. Other than this, it is the best choice to stay in.

I stayed in multiple Riads throughout the different cities in Morocco and this Riad is above and beyond all others. The location is convenient, the hosts are incredible, and the rooms are very well appointed. I honestly cannot provide enough accolades for this Riad. Do yourself a favor and stay here during your trip. You will thank me!
