Staff were very helpful, fast in responding to communication, area surrounding had good shopping options, transportation was easy available.

The friendly staff running it was a significant highlight. Location is excellent and almost everything one might need is within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very kind staff and appartement well equipped.

We booked at the Panda Hotel in Amman for two weeks. We were drawn to it as for it was walking distance to nearly anything you could need. Grocery store, pharmacy, food, malls, shopping, all walking distance. We were a large group, and we booked 2 apartments. Perfect, from the ride home we arranged through the hotel from the airport to everything else we needed and the hotel provided. Need recommendations on where to eat or not eat? Need a cab called? Or how about 24hr covid test done before you leave? Done. Front desk speaks english too which is a plus. Also, my suitcases werelost when I arrived at the airport. As soon as I asked the front desk at the hotel if they could help, my lost suitcase appeared within 48 hours. Excellent service and would definitely recommend!

This was my first stay at Panda Hotel. The facility is a little hard to find the first time, as it is located at the back of a building off of the main street. Look carefully for the sign on the left by an alley a little more than a block west of Baraka Mall as you are going up the hill. Staff were friendly and helpful. One spoke English. The hotel is monitored with cameras and there is a secure electronic lock on the door. The room was large and contained cooking facilities and a sitting area. The water was hot but the bathroom floor got unnecessarily wet. Everything else was fine and I enjoyed my stay. It was convenient and there are shops and restaurants nearby. Though outside of the downtown, it is close to 7th Circle and easy to get to from the airport. From the hotel, if driving, it is also easy to get downtown (a 20 min drive). It was inexpensive, comfortable, and I would stay there again.

This is the second time I have stayed in Panda Hotel in Sweifiyeh, near Seventh Circle, Jabal Amman, Amman, Jordan. It is away from the downtown but near friends and it is in an area with a lot of shopping opportunities and on a main road to the downtown area. An inexpensive stay with parking just outside the front door, I booked and received a large room that included a refrigerator, a stove top and sink with all of the basic elements for cooking. The room had a full closet and a sitting area as well. The water was hot and basic amenities were provided - soap and shampoo. The bathroom floor got wet (the shower stall could use some caulking), though a squeegee was provided to clear the water off. The shower head holder was loose so I needed to be creative to get a good shower without having to hold the nozzle while showering. Staff were friendly and helpful. When the electric lock on my door stopped working, the manager came immediately to let me in. Although breakfast is not included, there are many restaurants and markets within a few minutes walk. If you are self-driving, the JoPetrol Station on the main road coming down from 6th Circle does a great car wash. Just past the JoPetrol Station is a large grocery store, C-Town, in case you need more than simple groceries. The location is tricky the first time, as you need to look carefully for the sign and go behind the building to park. Use GPS. The Panda Hotel was very convenient and I would stay there again.
