Sumple, basic, and clean room. Parking is extra but inexpensive ($9 for 24 hours with in and out privilege). You will probably need a car to get around

Literally a dorm room. Quiet and easy stay for the night. Pillows were terrible!

The room was nice and quiet, but the air conditioning could not keep up with the very hot day. I would suggest checking the air conditioning in the rooms.

Don't expect a lot with service and facility conditions; for the price, it is acceptable for a basic stay. Parking is extra $10

You don't have a TV in the room and parking has to be paid if you don't leave by 7:30am.

The staff were very rude and when I fell because the floor was went and there was no wet floor sign they just told me be careful didn’t ask if I was ok and never put a wet floor sign out

Would have appreciated a kettle or coffee pot.

Room was not worth it for $165 a night. It’s a college dorm turned to a hotel in Summer. Their pillows are not comfortable and small, something you would buy for $1. They only provided 1 small pillow in the bed. AC was not working and can’t be adjusted. The staff was nice but overall I would not go back here and will spend few extra bucks somewhere else instead.

If you wanna place just to sleep for the night, it’s great get in and out of bed quick shower and be on your way

Staff was excellent and warmly friendly. I felt a bit more signage would be helpful. We arrived at night and had some confusion with getting to the reception and parking.

It really is a student's residence, sold under the banner of "Conference and Residence- Kingston " This is VERY misleading. I was quite disappointed with what i saw and what i got. Thankfully it was just 1 night. I couldn't wait for morning, so I could get out. The bed was ridiculously small and the mattress, unacceptable. Please don't mislead the general public. If you really want to rent these rooms, please use The following, so peopleknow what they're gettinginto "COLLEGE STUDENTS RESIDENCE " I would NOT come back to this place again 😒

The room was clean, the best was confortable. But as I know, it's a Room use by students. They don't necesserly care about the Room.The Grudge have Mark on. On the wall, we can see that they have put posters. But for sleeping it's all ok. The employés were super cool. They let us use the Little Room with the table for Play pool. It was a Nice place to stay and I go there each year. It's convenaient and close to the event I go.

Good place to crash for a night. Nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The good: the price. The room is spacious for one traveller. The fridge is big. It's quiet. The only other guest were 2 old couples. The bad: shower head fell off when I touched it. (Quick tip, turn off the water before trying to reattach.) Some lightbulbs were not functioning. Don't open the window or little flies get in through the rips in the screen. They don't bite but it took about a day to clear them. The smell left behind from the previous occupants is intense. I was able to wash one of the desks to tone it down a bit but keep this in mind if you are sensitive to smells. There seems to be an altogether different smell coming from the vent but I was able to block it easily with a plastic bag during my stay. The ugly: you will be intimated by the parking authority. Mentally prepare yourself. There is an additional 4% administration tax added to the bill a few days before check-in.
