Great location for travel

Really nice property attached to a great mall with lots of dining and shopping options. Free shuttle to airport every 30 minutes, that is just a quick 2-3 minute drive.

Nice place to stay if you are coming or going to the airport. Shuttle service took forever from the airport. Room was clean, Staff was friendly

It was a great stay for one night before heading to the airport. Connecting access to the mall and the free shuttle every 30 minutes were convenient. The rooms were very clean. I lived the white clean sheets, the deco was modern and comfortable and the zero toiletry lines smelled so good. I loved them! I only wished my Expedia vip benefit included breakfast.

My 21 year old daughter was traveling solo through San Jose and needed an overnight stay near the airport to fly back out the next day. Everyone was kind and helpful as she navigated being in a foreign country solo! Thank you!

Is very convenient and safe is great if you areibe late at the airport

We decided to stay here just for one night because the property was very close to the airport and we had an early AM departure. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I'm dinging them one star because the air handler in our room had an annoying rattling sound that would cycle on and off every ten seconds or so. I would have asked them to fix it if we had been staying longer.
