Rooms where clean. No Air Conditioning and shops nearby are ok. The place is a motel hiding as a hotel.

Hay muchas tiendas y lugares cercanos, el metro está cerca igual. La habitación estaba limpia, pero las llaves de agua estaban algo duras, el agua salía por las puertas de la ducha, no servía bien el botón de la luz del baño. Sólo había 2 lugares con contactos eléctricos en la habitación. Uno de los dos elevadores no se podía llamar desde el 4o piso. Pero en general estuvo bien. No hay aire acondicionado.

They offer free soap, shampoo, shower cap, king size bed, room service Tuesday - Saturdays, and nice furniture. But cockroaches can come through holes around pipes in the bathroom. The electrical outlet in my room was loose. But overall, for a 2-star hotel, it was pretty good. Clean.

The hotel cosumel at Mexico City,was nice and clean,the service was good they clean rooms every day,they give you clean towels every day,Is not a five Star ⭐⭐ but is a good place to stay the night thank you.

Sheets were clean. No hot water. Saw at least two (small) cockroaches in the room. First night was quiet, but someone started playing extremely loud music from 4:00 AM. Could not sleep. The music restarted at 7:00 AM. Cheap but will not return.

The place is cheap for a reason. Luke warm water that leaks from shower area. Toilet seal leaking on the floor. Bed as hard and uncomfortable as a sheet of plywood and not the cleanest. Only plus is it's relatively close to downtown so cheap Uber rides to go to attractions.
