We arrived in Valle de Bravo at the beginning of a holiday weekend, and unfortunately found out that our booking in Centro from another website was a fake listing. We were scrambling to find something that had 3 rooms available and hotel el arco was one of the only choices. We were disappointed to not be staying in Centro, but the hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The shower was hot. The pool was lovely. The staff were friendly. The coffee and pan dulce in the morning was a nice touch to get us started for the day.

The hotel staff is really nice, trying hard to accommodate all your needs. We enjoyed very much our 2 nights staying there. Very clean and comfortable place.

Great garden an swiming pool, but too far from downtown an the lake. Also, no restaurant available.

Hacia mucho calor en la habitación, y no me dio confianza abrir la ventana. Me sentía insegura. En algún lugar cercano había una boda y el nivel de la música hizo imposible que durmiéramos.
