Staff was amazing, hellped in any way they could. Breakfast at beach club was perfect, also staying spending time there after. Room was super clean and nice.

The hotel was centrally located, near lots of delicious restaurants and easily walkable just about anywhere. The reception was friendly and very helpful - we booked a few extra things through the hotel and were very happy with them. The room itself was very clean and the beds comfortable. They sent us off property for breakfast, and it was always wonderful!

The room, and location was perfect. Staff was amazing. Just be aware at night it’s very loud outside being in the downtown area. Other than that the stay was perfect!

This hotel was very clean and quaint, they are very attentive with all your needs. The staff is very nice and it’s great they have breakfast and transportation from the hotel and back for it.

Such a pleasant surprise, smaller super cute hotel, with impecable cleanliness and amazingly friendly team. Loves that we walked everywhefe and the free shuttle to the sister-hotel restaurant for the complimentary scrumptiously delicious breakie was soooo convenient! Opted to hang on a different beach club than the one included but loved everything about this place. Def will be back.

Very cute hotel, within couple blocks from beach, staff very friendly, the taxi ride to their beautiful breakfast place is most convenient.

Hotel was clean and front desk ladies were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast (off site) was very good with lots of choices. The location was good however I don’t think I would book this hotel again for a couple of reasons; 1. Room was very small. 2. Prefer having a pool. 3. No sitting area outside our room. 4. No amenities in the hotel. 5. No fridge in the room.

Lugar espectacular, el personal sumamente atento y el servicio de transpiración al desayuno, que fue riquisimo es un plus.

All was good, really friendly staff, super clean place, just a little bit noisy as it is Downtown.

My stay here was wonderful! The staff was so helpful. It’s located about 2 blocks from the beach. They have a night guard all night so I felt very safe coming back late. My only issue was that I was not charged when I booked. The receptionist explained that Expedia customers have to pay upon arrival. I booked months ago so I’d forgotten. When I go to pay, their exchange rate is $15 pesos when the exchange rate was going for $20 pesos. I will be prepared next time. Other than that, wonderful experience and would definitely return!

Lovely place, really great value - best of both, you’re right in the town so can enjoy the shops and cheaper restaurants but the option to spend the whole day at the beach club after your (excellent!) breakfast, and the beach club is right at the most beautiful part of the island. We loved it! Only slight improvement would be bedside lights in the room or a slightly less harsh overhead light as it made the concrete feel a bit prison like at times. Thanks hotel siesta for an amazing stay - we hope to come back one day!

Nos alojamos en Siesta Hotel el mes pasado y todo estuvo incredible! Desde el momento que llegamos Fernanda nos estaba esperando lista para llevarnos a nuestras habitaciones que estaban sumamente limpias. También nos dio recomendaciones en donde ir a comer y a q playas ir. Definitivamente regresaría a este lugar y también lo eh recomendado a unos amigos que planean viajar a Holbox.
