The hotel served its purpose well—it was a convenient place for a short stay close to our destination. It is not a luxury hotel, and our room did not have air conditioning, but the service was good and the staff was friendly.

Un hotel viejo para no mas de una noche, no tienen aire acondicionado, el mobiliario es viejo y así huele también. La habitación no estaba limpia. No querían otorgar una toalla adicional aunque mi reserva era para 3 personas, al final me dieron pero fue complicado, cosas tan simples hacen ver que el servicio al cliente es malo.

Extremely noisy room, issues with key card 4x had to get replaced, room smelled awful, bed uncomfortable, Street noise unbearable, checked out after 1st night!

Just the traffic noise was the setback. Other than that it was OK.

We just stayed 1 night before heading to Acapulco but we were surprised with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Water pressure was amazing and beds are comfortable

The room was dark. Not enough towels. Housekeeping didn’t leave soap but cleaned away what was there when I arrived. There was no heat and the room was cold. The blanket was insufficient. The mattes was old with lumps and troughs. The breakfast was good .

I loved it! People were so nice but one night my money disappeared 😅 hope the cleaning ladies enjoy it before karma comes. I recommend not leaving your money in the hotel. Loved the receptionist though.

internet service much improved since 4 years ago. Electrical wiring needs updating.
