El hotel estaba lleno de cucarachas.

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly, but there are no common areas at all, and the bedroom had no windows so it was hard to stay inside for longer periods of time, also the bathroom was tiny!

As a first timer going to that hotel, there was no sign saying the name of the place. When we got our room I noticed that the bathtub had not been cleaned, there was a lot of rust on the outside of it and there was a wad of dried hair on the inside of the tub which was never removed during our stay. Also when they cleaned our room we didn’t get new sheets and blankets, just the same one that was already on the bed. There was mold on sink counter and no windows in the bathroom so most of the time it smelled damp in there.

Me gusto mucho que tiene una excelente ubicación, lo único malo (pero no es el único en Guanajuato), que no tiene estacionamiento propio

Hotel limpio sin embargo el baño está muy reducido, la atención del personal es muy buena

名前の通り、GTO大学の真横です。 ホテルの立地は観光の拠点としては抜群。 サッとグアナファトの観光をする際はとてもオススメです。 敷地内に駐車場は無い為、来るまで訪れる場合はGTO大学裏手の公共駐車場へ。

Buena ubicacion, el cuarto amplio y agradable su temperatura

La ubicación privilegiada, sumamente centrico y tranquilo para descansar. El personal atento y accesible en todo momento. Sin duda regresaremos!

Hubo un pequeño detalle con el tipo de habitacion que reserve, pero lo solucionaron en el momento. Muy amables todos.

Es un hotel que apenas comienza. Aún le faltan adecuaciones en sus instalaciones y se queda a la mitad de los servicios que ofrece. Esta bien para solo llegar a dormir aunque para lo que brinda en este momento, es algo caro.
