We were told that there would be some music at night, but couldn’t imagine that we would not be able to sleep until the music stopped at 4am. When I asked to change rooms the next day, I was assured that there would not be music as it was Sunday. Well the music was just as loud and another night of no sleep. The beach view is NOT worth the loss of two night’s sleep. I won’t stay there again.

It's the perfect place to stay in Zicatela. The Hotel is across from beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and vendor stores. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that would like to experience a great vacation in Puerto Escondido.

The AC works great and is a need there, also everything is close, food and stores, also the breakfast was awesome and it is included.

Great place to stay at clean and friendly staff

The staff was very welcoming and the room was super clean. We were surprised at the free amenities like having breakfast included and beach towel rental. Note the breakfast was at their partner restaurant across the street which offered an amazing view and food was yummy! They also addressed the potential issue with noise from the clubs since we had an ocean viewing room, but with the a.c. and given the fact we were tired, we slept just fine. Overall great place and we had a pleasant surprise of being able to see the carnival from our balcony!

Staff is great but place needs upgrades. There's no elevator and there's safety rails missing on high floors, swimming pool is freezing and loud construction make it hard to enjoy the stay. Will not return or recommend.

The room was spotless everyday, staff very courteous. Felt very safe here. Could use coffee makers in room & softer beds.

Staff very welcoming and courteous, we were greeted with a complimentary beverage of choice upon arrival. Staff also assisted with our baggage. The central pool area has many seating options for small and larger groups. Breakfast was included and the variety on offer was perfect. Staff in restaurant were also friendly. Would recommend staying at this location.

Me gustó mucho, está muy agusto el hotel. Sí se escucha ruido por la zona de bares pero la verdad muy poquito. Podrían mejorar el WiFi y meterle poquito más a los cuartos, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien

I really like the hotel is in a great location, room was clean ( I will suggest to clean better the washroom on the rooms ) staff was very nice at all times, pool and all amenities great.

Loved the location and the hotel itself. Unfortunately, there is a bar directly across the street that played extremely loud music from about 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. The noise was so intense that our room literally shook, and we ended up losing two nights of sleep. We spoke with hotel staff both evenings, but the issue was never resolved. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this likely isn’t the right spot. If you’re looking for a lively, party atmosphere, it might be a good fit.

Clean, excellent location, great breakfast

This hotel is in a nice location. But the water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent and the water never gets really hot. Small things were found broken when we arrived. Like the toilet paper holder, towel holder and door to the dryer. The freezer in the refrigerator is frozen over and cannot be used. Do not expect a quiet night here as people party all night long on the adjoining beach.

This was ok for the price. Definitely more of a college age environment given you can hear the nightclub music all night. But yes a fun quaint place

The staff was wonderful, always attentive breakfast well served welcome drink given upon arrival. The only bad part is the location is above a disco or nightclub. You can hear the music up till two or three in the morning every night. Water pressure Low and one night no hot water. Bit cannot say enough of the staff 10 out of 10
