Great location, friendly staff, very clean

We were in a private suite and the pillow covers were not washed, the shower was filthy and stunk so bad my wife threw up.

The WiFi was terrible. Also, my key stopped working every other night and I had to go back to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. The AC just pushed constant cold air so by morning it was very cold. The shower was decent. Overall, I don't plan to stay there again.

Location was what was good for us.

Not the place to have a good rest. Good for sports teams or music bands. Close to malls, stadiums and interesting places. Very noisy, the parking is in front of the rooms downstairs. So make sure you get second floor or third floor rooms. Either way you won´t rest because people are going in and out and make a lot of noise talking and running up and down stairs. The restaurant is not good. The maintanance is mediocre. The shower drain dispatch a bad bad odor and everytime you come to the room you sense that odor. We saw small roaches in the room.

The bed sheets had stains.

Excelente hotel

The staff at NV couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Nothing fancy but clean and everything was looked after nicely. We would definitely stay here again. Parking onsite was at the door and secure. Easy access and just four blocks down the street from a large mall, Costco, Sams and Walmart.

This is what I need when I come to Guadalajara I love the area, and I love the fact that I get in and out easy I park outside my room, loved, an everyone is friendly, I will definitely stay there next year

It was good for the price. DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR SO NOT THE BEST PLACE FOR HANDICAPPED PROPLE. Overall it was a good place to sleep n rest.

Only major problem was the WIFI was not working during the entire stay

The hotel was just okay, you get what you paid for. Had an issue with the reservation, they could not locate it. They finally made a call to hotel.com - overall - I may consider a different hotel next time.

Está en una zona segura y con aceeso a mucho transporte y avenidas principales, tiene estacionamiento, la piscina es muy pequeña, mas bien parece una pileta de agua, cuenta con lo básico y es funcional, almohadas muy cómodas.
