unbelievable views, staff are very friendly, rooms were so comfortable

Stayed here for just one night on our way from Chetumal to Tulum, had a great time. We arrived earlier than check in and they were happy for us to use the facilities while our room was prepared. It’s an absolutely beautiful spot, with lush greenery right through the cabins, then direct access to the beautiful lagoon. The free kayaks were fun, we took some around to a nice swimming spot. Staff were super friendly and helpful, helping us change money and call taxis when we needed it. Overall, loved our short stay.

Very friendly staff, we arrived very late for check-in and they literally were waiting for us! They always very attentive and ready to help. Place very quiet, lots of plants and tranquility.

Muy bonito y acogeedor hotel, lo recomiendo mucho. Tiene Todo en UN Lugar tan pequeno y hermoso, su restaurante y su bar super exelente. El Mueller con SUS columpios y su hamaka sobre la Laguna es genial, mesas para sentarse y mirar la Laguna y lo que mas me gusto que los kayaks son gratis.Muy limpias las villas. Muy super lindos y amables todo el personal del hotel. Muy bonitos jardines de dia y de Noche.

Nuestra estancia en Bluebird fue hermosa, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero estando en un lugar como bacalar no necesitas mas porque apenas y pasas tie.po dentro de la habitacion, el staff fue suuuper amable! Y el desayuno que incluyen es muy bueno, ademas puedes pedir otros platillos por un costo extra, bastante razonable, los otros huespedes heran tranquilos y amigables, creo que mi familia y yo eramos los mas ruidosos por ir con niñas pequeñas que estaban extremadamente emocionadas. Lo mejor de todo fue el area comun junto a la laguna, hermosa y tranquila que cuenta con kayaks y paddleboards para darte unos buenos paseos por la laguna. 10/10!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lush property on Bacalar Lagoon. The individual “cabins” and plantings were well maintained, and felt private and unique. The staff was friendly. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

Perfect vacation hotel on the waterfront. Free kayak and SAP gave us extra activity during the stay. It is highly recommended for a family or a couple.

The room was clean, and Angeles at the bar was amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed this unique place. For food you have to walked 30 yards to the next hotel tho, it's safe and food is good.

El hotel se encuentra situado en la costera, justo frente a la laguna y eso hace que tenga unas vistas hermosas. Tiene una temática interesante, son alrededor de 9 cabañas y al salir de ellas estás a pie de laguna. El precio es caro solo por estar frente a la laguna ya que no ofrece alguna otra cosa especial. El desayuno solo es un plato pequeño de fruta con yogurth y granola, café, y pan tostado, el cuál comienza desde las 9am para mi gusto un poco tarde. También puedes pedir que preparen algo pero con costo adicional. Puedes usar sin costo los kayaks, tablas de paddle y chalecos. El servicio por parte de recepción es poco frívolo, un dia nos pidieron dejar la llave para aseo de habitacion y no la hicieron. Pude notar que solo había una chica haciendo el servicio de limpieza la cuál solo nos trapeo tendio cama limpio baño pero dejo el área de regadera sucia. El servicio de la persona que esta en la noche es muy frio, un dia llegamos a las 12:00 am y tardo alrededor de 5 minutos en abrirnos la puerta, tuvimos que pedir aguas porque no dejaban. El chico del bar nos atendió muy bien, muy amable. Para finalizar hay que pedir taxi para ir casi a todos los lugares (cenotes, centro, restaurantes, los rápidos) pero en realidad son muy baratos nos cobraban $50 máximo por viaje. En conclusión no se me hace razonable el precio por calidad y servicio.

Excellent view amenities

This hotel is beautiful. Full of beautiful plants. And the rooms are simple but very clean. The view from the lake is amazing. They do have food and a bar so really no reason to leave the property. There are several restaurants within walking distance if you'd like to try something else. There is also, an amazing view at night!
