Beautiful new apartments with high quality finishes. Nice kitchen with all appliances needed for a family stay.

The apartments are beautiful, in a great location and perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything at all, it really felt like home :) For those interested, they offer the possibility of renting a bike. I had to fill out the check-in again at the terminal, but otherwise everything was without a problem. We would definitely not hesitate to come again.

Amazing and very clean

Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends

Wonderful place to explore the area

We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great.

Accommodation is excellent! Only issue I have is the self clean policy to avoid additional charges on check out. Have not been able to find out what is expected of us as information on we forms, etc. doesn't tell us.

Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! Walking distance to bakery, a wonderful pizzeria with the cutest owner, restaurants and grocery. Really loved being able to do laundry as well. Highly recommend!!

Nice and clean room.

The property is top notch apart from the lift which was not working when we checked out and the guy who was trying to fix the lift didn't even bother to tell us when it will be fixed when we asked him. Not that friendly to be honest. Apart from that everything was great.

Excellent! Nice appartment with all the essentials. Everything was brand new. The only thing that i would suggest is to add some international channels for non german speaking visitors. Other than that, it was just perfect. It exceeded our expectations

The water supply was stopped today in the morning which made my stay too bad

The bathroom floor was sticky. There were public hairs around the toilet & hair in the shower & by the sink. It clearly had not been cleaned before we arrived. There is no one working there & everything is done on a tablet. No ice on property & we were only given 1 pillow each. Would not recommend.

This is a brand-new, well-equipped apartment complex. We loved our stay here and would come back next time. There is just one issue we have encountered. If you like to sleep with open windows, you may expect people outside the building and from neighboring apartments to speak loudly too late or too early, disturbing your sleep. We also like to sleep in complete darkness. Unfortunately, the shades don't provide enough darkness, especially if you want to have your windows open.

More than perfect. Parking lot had much space and also has charging for EV's. Super clean and spacius with all the necessary items for cooking. There is a bakery and supermarket in a waling distance so do not have to worry about eating as well.
