Good place to stay, walking distance to historical Pisa. Arrived late at night and had a little confusion with accessing the property. Directions for getting past the gate werent very clear.

The property was ok, but struggled with heating/cooling of room. No access to roof top or fitness area. Parking and tourist tax should be built into rate when you pay upfront.
