My room was spacious but with a strange layout and a very small bathroom with a tiny shower. There was free wifi in the hotel but it didn't work very well in the room and kept dropping out. Dinner was served in a side room rather than the main restaurant with poor service. Breakfast was very basic

Slightly remote from Torun. Need a hire car. Shuttle service to town would be good.

A big nice hotel with green fresh surroundings. Arrived late and no problem checking in and out. Although the rooms were not clean, an old sock under the bed, the trashcan wasn't emptied and the beds weren't that comfy. Problems with the communication due to lack of english for the staff. Also it was a bit unclear when the bar closed at night and staff were not there sometimes.

Stay here you will not be sorry! This is our fourth time and every time is so enjoyable. The food is delicious, rooms are spotless, the staff is very professional and the ambience is wonderful!

It’s in a somewhat remote location so we were a little concerned as we drove there, but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! It’s a beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. We plan on visiting again!

Amazing setting with its own small castle set in its huge grounds- a bit out of the way- but our room had a separate kitchen area which we weren't expecting. Beautiful place to really get away x

Ok the word is out, I want to be a princess but staying at a place like Palac Romantycny is probably the closest that I will get to it. But that being said after the fabulous treatment my husband and I experienced at the hotel I am okay with that. We were at the hotel sadly for only one night but I was able to book a spa treatment that was glorious. Breakfast was the perfect Polish buffet with all the goodies that you could want both hot and cold offerings. This hotel is definitely on our list of places to go back to. The hotel also offers great conference rooms in all sizes so if you are looking for a unique workshop or retreat spot then this is it.

This is not a 4 start hotel. There is no bell service, despite the video on their website. There is a lobby bar, but that doesn't mean that you can actually get a drink there. There were about 3 staff for the entire hotel, which meant that you had to flag down the bartender/dishwasher/waiter/maid to get a drink. The sauna and jacuzzi were not turned on and there was no staff for the spa. We asked the front desk about the spa and he said "oh maybe I should turn it on...other guests might want to use it." It was 17:00pm. Our room was very cold. We called the front desk because the heat was not working. We were told to wait for 15 minutes and if it doesn't get warm then someone will have to look at it in the morning. The next morning, we were assured that someone would manually activate our heat while we were out visiting family for the day. No one came to turn on our heat and we spent another cold night in our room. Breakfast was served in the restaurant on our first day, but there was no staff to greet us, take our order for hot items, or otherwise tend to us. After 20 minutes, a couple appeared and acted as if we had inconvenienced them for coming to breakfast. On the second day, the restaurant had been setup for a conference and there was no sign directing us to where breakfast was being served. After some investigation we found that breakfast was being served right next to the construction, so was had a side of drywall and concrete dust with our eggs. AWFUL.

Had to be at an event in Toruń. This was just 18 km's away, but very quiet. Only one night they had a wedding, but it only lasted till midnight. The restaurant is good, but with a rather limited choice.

We had a beautiful stay, enjoyed every minutes. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The food was exquisite and succulent. The room we were allocated was spacious,clean and well stocked with tea,coffee and other different beverages.

everything was perfect, but we did not have good internet connection in our room and we had to stay in public area to get connected.
