Room was clean

Clean and tidy motel in Blackwater. Room had everything you needed and the checkin and out process was all via email. Rooms have keyless locks with codes which meant no contact with staff at all during stay.

This is the second time I have stayed 3 nights over the weekend for work. Room not serviced. 1 tube of shampoo and 1 small bar of soap for 3 nights. No milk or coffee etc. Microwave and jug with a cup and teaspoon. No way to prepare meals. This is the last time I will stay here

Very quiet and friendly

Good location, easy to get to everywhere. Room was not properly cleaned with bugs in the light fittings, dust build up on edges of carpets in bedrooms, dirt and food scraps under the furniture, only one tea bag for a family of four over night, fridge/freezer needed defrosting, bathroom had an old peeling toilet seat, basin tap was wobbly and sprayed water from the side of the tap, stained sink, broken floor tiles and grout missing out of the shower. For $217 for the night, I expect it to be cleaned properly at the very least. For a family studio aswell, it only had a little two seater couch. Restaurant only available during the week, room service over weekends pointless booking there for the extras, restaurant closed, pool area very plain and uninviting. Not worth the extra money spent.

Very nice place to stay. Will stay here again. Great staff all friendly and helpful.

Probably what you would expect, simple room, bathroom ok. Blackwater not really a place to visit unless you need to. Nothing great nearby for food.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a quick stop in before a long day at work the next day. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I won’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Blackwater.

Decor was tasteful and beautiful allowing us to relax. Everything was very clean and modern. It was off the highway allowing for a quiet night and good sleep. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Not happy with narrative with motel and wotif

Information needs to be updated across all websites to reflect current services. Restaurant is permanently closed and there is no buffet breakfast available but they are still listed as features. This is very misleading as is a deciding factor when comparing motels. Reception hours also differ from those advertised. Staff were very friendly. Quite noisey with workers drinking and gathering outside rooms.
