Staff was kind.

We stayed more than a week, and it was excellent. All the staff were so friendly, and we always felt super safe.

The location is not bad depending on what you want to do. The hotel is a relatively easy walking distance from a large market place, several museums and casinos. Some of the areas are a bit run down but never felt unsafe. The hotel staff was very accommodating and did what they could to fulfill my needs. The rooms are very basic and the mattress is about 12" off the floor. The bed itself was ok for me, however, the pillows are sub-standard, cheap and not very comfortable. The large TV with tons of channels is a big plus, however none of the channels are in English, which may-or-may not be important to you. The hotel has no elevator and several floors. If you are not ok with stairs you should select a different place. They do have washer and dryers on site for you to use at a reasonable price. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay here again. However, next time I would book through the hotels website and save about $10.

Excelente atención de todos, ambientes impecables y muy tranquilos. La cocina compartida y el café disponible todo el día son un plus.

Me alojé en Magdalen House y fue una muy buena experiencia. El personal es muy atento y amable, los ambientes están limpios y el lugar tiene un ambiente familiar muy acogedor. La cocina compartida es muy práctica, el WiFi es rápido y confiable, y me sentí seguro durante toda la estadía. Volveré pronto!!!

Me hospedé en Magdalen House en Magdalena del Mar y la verdad me sentí como en casa. Todo estuvo siempre muy limpio y ordenado, lo cual se agradece bastante. El personal es súper amable y atento, te hacen sentir bien desde que llegas. Me gustó mucho el detalle de tener la cocina disponible para prepararte un café o té en cualquier momento, le da un toque acogedor. La zona también es céntrica y se siente bastante segura. Sin duda, volvería sin pensarlo.
