Extremely clean, amazing location. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful little cafe under the Hotel open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, food for dinner and breakfast was so good. Icecream shop next door and right across the road from the water. I will definitely be back.

I love Harrison spa. I find it is the quaintest little place with amazing customer service and they'll go out and beyond to make sure that you're happy. They try to make sure they update the rooms as they're getting older. Compared to the rich towers that have come in. But with the excellent cleansiness and the amazing amenities and customer service, it rates them a lot better than the other competition.Hotels I really enjoy staying with them and I try to stay at least every other year for at least a week. Stay my daughter and I really enjoy that property. And service we receive!

Right by the beach so this is probably why cost was more. Beds were soft.

I’m not sure how this place got such good reviews. It was very run down. There wasn’t even a Telephone in the room. We had a ceiling leak. Everything was old. The staff were friendly though. The burger joint and ice cream shop were delicious though. Make sure to try the croffle! We ended up leaving a day early.

Across the lake access was wonderful with free parking. Fridge and hot plates was great. We had a balcony which looked at mountain and blocked the wind which was peaceful. Could use a paint job and new rugs. Wish there was a ‘spa’ or hot tub! Overall great stay and friendly staff.

The room was decently clean but a huge turn off is that there’s no staff available before 9 AM. I turned on the AC and kettle at the same time and the power tripped. Luckily it was at 8 AM and we were leaving anyway. That’s when we got to know that there’s no one to get it fixed. So if there’s any issue during the night… you are on your own. Not great.

Such a mistake to stay here. While it would be fine for $100 we were forced to pay $350 for one night which is way too much for this place. The carpets are worn through and held together with duct tape. There were screws raised up at the bathroom thread hold which I told staff had injured my grandchild and not so much as an apology or we will fix it. The door was wide open to the room when we arrived. The safety lock to the room was almost off with the screws falling out. The is not one shelf in the bathroom which is more like a powder room with a wobbly pedestal sink. This property is clearly waiting to be demolished and rebuilt. Again if you get it for $100 or less you can live with it. But we were fooled to think it was much nicer than it is. Also the door to the bathroom is not full size and I hit my head the first time going in.

SPA in the hotel’s name is misleading to first time Hot Springs visitors. It’s just a motel. First impression was a dirty office, I had to ask to check the room first. It was clean, bright and the bed was heavenly. Parking lot is pretty small, not ideal for trucks. They charge $15/night extra for parking and it’s first come, first serve. In the fine print it says $5/night with Expedia for parking. They charge GST-PST AND Hotel Tax fees on the pet deposit, as a separate payment from the room, where you pay taxes on the room as well, so not from a total amount. My dog did sleep through night so they deserve a positive review for that. Bath tub was relaxing. If you’re prepared to pay extra fees for anything, the room has a list, then I would recommend them. $15 for laundry if needed. Most coin-op washer/dryer is $5/load.
