Everything was great

Je trouve « cheap » de vendre des bouteilles d’eau dans la salle de bain. Aussi, je trouve « onéreux » de payer pour le stationnement alors que nous sommes même pas au Centre-Ville !

Hotel is new and very stylish, but a couple small things left a bad taste. First underground parking is $17 a night which seems excessive when other hotels nearby offer free parking. Also getting in and out isn’t easy. The door is tucked away and when getting out you need to request assistance from the front desk and if they are busy you are left waiting. This was especially evident when we tried to leave at 6am and only one person was working at the front desk and couldn’t be reached. One of us had to jump out and track him down. Overall the room was comfy and clean, but like most hotel stays the little things matter.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking underground was convenient for unloading bags. The pool was small but good for kids. There was a continental breakfast, but you could only have it IF you booked directly through the hotel.

2 nuits au Times, la chambre sur le côté rue, il y avait un dj sur la terrasse de lautre bâtiment c'était comme si le dj était fans notre chambre jusqu'à 3h am. Sinon, déjeuner très cher pour ce qu'il y a. Les toilettes communes au rdc n'était vraiment pas propre et la piscine, il faisait froid et l'eau était froide. Côté positif... le resto en face de l'hôtel pour déjeuner et pour souper!

Personnel très serviable. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de pouvoir apporter nos vélos dans la chambre.

Breakfast was toast, cereal and fruit. That was it.

We stayed twice in ten days. A great location and nice pool. Lobby is nice with lots of seating. Staff were very nice. However I found the rooms dark rather than trendy. The walls are very dark with concrete accents, minimal lighting and Not a lot of windows. Black/dark curtains. One bathroom had a glass wall into the bedroom which is confusing. The bathroom lacks any storage and a small vanity. The AC blows right onto the sitting area. One garbage bin and no recycling boxes. Ice machine only in the lobby. Continental Breakfast available.

A modern and comfortable hotel. The extra $17 cost for the parking (above or below ground) was discovered too late after booking through Expedia. Did not like the surprise. The underground garage floor was still dirty with winter grit, dust and gravel in early July. Didn't want to set down our suitcases on the floor. Changing and towels for use of the indoor pool in main floor was awkward. No robe in room to go down to pool. Either go down and up in swimsuit or change in small bathroom next to pool (no lockers near pool to store street clothes). Need to pick up pool towel at front desk. These issues minor for an otherwise nice stay but hiliting this for Grand Times to be aware of what could be improved.

We liked the technical qualities such as lighting and shower. All decor elements were also high quality.

Bon emplacement. Service impeccable. Chambres spacieuses. Petit déjeuner minimal mais il y a beaucoup d'options proche de l'hôtel.

Tout était parfait à part le stationnement de 17$ qui n’est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre et qu’il ne nous ai jamais été mentionné.

La chambre était très bien, propre et les lits sont confortables, même le lit escamotable. Le personnel est chaleureux et professionnel.

Staff were great. Nice big room. Liked the RC area and outside tables. Well located.

Great hotel and location. We were only passing through on the way to New Brunswick so needed a one night stop. Close to highway but also only 5 k to old Quebec if you wanted to go into the city for dinner or a visit. Staff were kind and helpful and the room was very nice. Big, clean but have to admit the AC was quite noisy. Glad to have it nonetheless. Bed was super comfortable. Parking was included so that was nice as well.

Great stay again. Always a good nights sleep.
