Great service , great staff

Staff was very helpful, room comfortable. Great stay. Only downside was the breakfast. For price paid it was disappointing, few choices, empty jars. Not worth it.

Tout est très bien. Seule petite réserve: l'hôtel est proche du chemin de fer. Un peu de bruit, mais pas pour déranger.

La personne qui m’a reçu à la réception pour le Check in super gentil et accommodant

Jai adorer mon séjour ! Une merveilleuse chambre. Par contre, quand nous réservons avec Expedia, le stationnement et le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris. Frais supplémentaire a prévoir.

The breakfast had no eggs and no fruit no coffee by 8am. The room had no coffee. The bathroom had no hair conditioner.

Convenient location- shops and restaurants nearby. Not walkable- need s car. The lighting throughout the hotel was strange but clean room.

The staff was extremely rude on arrival looks like they just wanna make hard time for us even we were to tired after all long day travel. Even they didn’t provide necessity equipment to open Murphy bed. Even they didn’t know how to open that.

There was no cold water in our room For a shower. Stupid boiling hot water and when we tried to control it with the handle it broke in our hands. Pretty sad for a fairly new hotel. Ordered 2 drinks from the bar and was almost $40. Wow. I was not happy. Had to move rooms at midnight and I was not impressed. Tried calling the front desk a number of times to complain and no answer Continental breakfast was not free either which made no sense
