Pillows not so good.

The outside is deceiving. It looks run down and sketchy from the outside, but the rooms were on par with a cheap one night stay. Staff was very friendly. Definitely not a vacation spot, but an overnight stay on a road trip works here. Rooms were clean and fairly kept, fridge and shower were clean, all the sheets, bal keys and pillowcases smelled very clean. Doors exit directly outside and lock with only the doorknob, no deadbolt.

The check in was really sketchy. It's probably the old hotel front but they don't have a new one, or didn't give me alternative directions. I rang the bell for service and phoned, and no one answered. We just waited there for 15ish minutes until the owner(?) showed up. He seemed unsure what room I paid for until I pulled up my Expedia confirmation. Once in the room I realized I wasn't given the wifi password, although I could see a wifi with the name of each room. I called the front desk and no one answered. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. Thankfully there was sticker on the modem for a different Wi-Fi with a password and we ended up using that. What lacked in the check in was made up for in the room and the fact that I could park directly next to our room door. The room was much bigger than expected. The 2 double beds was sufficient for my family, although they were a bit too easy to move around the room. I don't think I'll be back to Wawa but it did its job and the price was right.

Nice bed and very clean

The place was dirty. The floor was wet. The ceiling was leaking. Lamb was broken. And no water provided, not even a kettle. And I kept being warned about things like “if you forget to leave your room keys at the room, we are going to charge you “

Everything was perfect except dustbins in the room. There was already garbage in them.

We were given one of the new rooms, which were great.

I didn't spend that much time there, but I got what I needed.

Met the expectations

Clean rooms, owner was helpful when I asked for assistance getting the heat going in my room. Lots of parking. Restaurant attached was not great. Ordered a pub food platter and almost everything came out cold. But hotel itself was great for a one night stay.

Awesome place to stay! Friendly staff, and very accommodating. The food is excellent as well!

Decent spot for the price, newer facility in back lot seperated from original motel. Plenty of parking, quiet place (& town) you can go right to a cute little lakeshore park across the street. Quick drive to main grocery, Tim's etc. Staff was super friendly & helpful. I ended up checking out a day early to break up my next drive, but overall would stay here again.

Reasonable priced, clean room

Not knowing the area around the Hotel area, it felt a bit uneasy to park and to get settled in. Some people in neighbouring rooms advised us not to leave food in the vehicle because of bear sights in the vicinity of the dumpster the night before. Reception never mentioned that at registration. Annoying!!!
