Entering the lobby is quite comfortable, spacious, clean, and fragrant. The staff are friendly and full of smiles ☺️. The room is enough for two, comfortable, and clean. 2 nights stayed here and okay 👍. Breakfast is quite delicious and has many varieties 👌. Ice cream is ready every day (it seems) 🤤. The distance to Malioboro is close and to Tugu Station is walkable 🥳. Will be on the list of places to stay again if I go to Jogja.

Nice 4-star hotel. Good stay. Ordered room service food, delicious. Just not really liked the duck seasoning. Other options are delicious. The buffet breakfast is also varied and delicious. The location is close to the station and Malioboro. Walkable.

The place is clean and smells good. The staff is friendly and the hotel is nice. The swimming pool facilities are also good. Everything is great. I want to stay here again next time I'm in Jogja. Thank you Riss Hotel.

Upon arrival, there was a slight issue in the room, but the hotel immediately resolved it, and I received an apology gift. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the bathroom and in the corner of the room near the desk. As for the food, I'm sorry it wasn't to my taste, but I do like the Turkish coffee, and I love spicy things, especially pistachios. I haven't tried other amenities yet, but it's quite close to Malioboro, so I can jog down Malioboro Street in the morning. Next time, the hotel would be more thorough.
