The hotel staff is very friendly and quick when we need something. The environment outside and inside the room is clean. There is a mini pool in front of the room which is a place for children to soak and the edge of the pool is a place to hang out together

I think cleanliness needs to be paid more attention. When I entered the room, the floor was really dirty and hadn't been swept, there was a lot of hair, including on the mattress too. The rubbish wasn't cleaned either in the bathroom or in the room. Housekeeping staff should also be aware of their responsibility for cleanliness. The bathroom smells really bad, it looks like it's rarely cleaned because the floor is slippery.

Hotel ini lumayan bersih, ac dingin, kamar mandi basic namun bersih. Size kamar lumayan, ada teras dengan meja dan kursi untuk santai. Hotel lumayan ramai mungkin karena harga ekonomis namun dengan fasilitas yang lumayan. Saya suka suka saja dengan harga yang diberikan dan tidak ada complaint.

Kurang menarik, mohon ditingkatkan pelayanannya.
