Not recommended, hot water doesn't turn on

The location is near Banyuwangi square. When I arrived the bed sheets had not been changed & tended to smell. What is uncomfortable is that many visitors are noisy (shouting) as if they don't know civilization, please tell visitors who will be staying overnight, don't be noisy and respect other guests, or put large writing in every corner "please be quiet, don't be noisy". And if the guard finds out that there are noisy visitors, they should be reprimanded.

The location is very strategic because it is in the city center. Square. The staff are friendly and have top service. Had to change rooms because the first toilet flush was missing. But when it's been replaced, it's actually not much different, the toilet looks like the one that has lost its components. There are spider webs in the corners of the furniture. The air was a bit stuffy, maybe because there was no air conditioning and it opened directly to the outside even though there were windows. Can't get a blanket, no mirror. But it's okay because it's just a place to sleep and store things during the trip.

Good, comfortable, the service is also satisfying and friendly.

AC leaking. The standard room facilities are very lacking.
