Clean and cozy room for such a cheap price

Entering a narrow alley, this is a boarding house for boys that is used as lodging, there are no toiletries, the bathroom smells.

Parking must be in the basement, even though the main parking lot is still enough for 3 cars. The cleanliness of the mattress is lacking, the sheets are stained and not very clean. The service is less than satisfactory, the room still smells of paint, the TV remote doesn't work.

I stayed with my wife, 2 times. Worth the money. Which other cheap room is this spacious?! At the first check-in, my wife said, "I think I'll try to find another one if I stay in Jogja again. When I planned to stay in Jogja again, my wife said: "Come here!"

The room is not very clean, there are still spider webs on top. The sheets and pillows are fragrant. Only the access for cars in the alley is a bit difficult.

Strategic location, close to everywhere, also close to the highway, the room is also very comfortable, cool, clean, spacious, quite quiet so it's good for a good rest.

The atmosphere is quiet, good for resting, the place is clean and smells good. There are already traders outside the alley so you don't have to go far to find food. It will be a regular if you go to Jogja. Affordable prices.
