Overall, this property has potential. Upon arrival, it seemed very clean and updated. Inside the rooms, we found a dirty lamp shade (appeared to be blood or something on the shade) and we found hair in the bed linens.

I had one issue which was quickly resolved by management. Clean, pleasant, great place to stay!

Plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, very clean, and our first floor room had very high ceilings which was extra special.

stains on the carpet, one very slow elevator that is used alot during the day by housekeeping. Charge for breakfast, no complimentary continental breakfast.

Have to pay for the bottle water in the room

Everything was fine. One exception is that they say they are “dog friendly” but then charge $75. Not friendly!

Breakfast was supposed to be included. When we went to the dining area everything was priced a la carte and cooked to order. When we asked about the breakfast nobody mentioned it would be charged to your room, then the charge removed later after checkout. I did not find this out until i checked out, asked at the desk. To late mow.

I was dismayed by the charge of $50 for any room items purchased! So there was no morning coffee for us! I made an ass out of me as there was coffee in the lobby I think. The air conditioner was like a jet taking off!

Property was well kept room was clean. Only the coffee maker need some attention. The front desk gladly supplied us with a loaner.

There was dust everywhere, my dog was munching on an old chicken wing she found somewhere in the room when we got back from dinner. Disappointing.

Overall a good place to stay. T.V.s could use an update. We had an issue with the t.v. in the first room. The t.v. worked but had a very strong blue color to the picture. The t.v. in the second room they changed us to was better. Although the guide showed no information on what was actually playing on the TV.

My room was not clean when i arrived. It was hair in the shower and hair in the bed. Overall okay stay.

Just a stopover for a longer trip.

Reception was not enthusiastic, felt as though she really didn't want to work, and anything asked was not received well on her part. The later person we met, young man, was energetic and willing to go that extra yard to please. Everything, including water there was a charge for. Not that upscale to have those "charges".

Toilet didn’t flush, fridge didn’t work, had to wait too long to check in, surly breakfast waitress. Is this really a Hilton??????

The property was clean and in a safe location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

I made a reservation through Travelocity 2 weeks in advance only to be called the day I was checking in and be told they had oversold their rooms and did not have one available for our family. I was in town for a travel baseball tournament and had to scramble to find somewhere to stay for myself, my wife and 3 kids. Thankfully Sleep Inn was available and they were great. I was very disappointed with Hilton Garden Inn.

I paid for breakfast with the booking and then the hotel would only let me have coffee unless I paid additional $ just to get a piece of bread.
