Front desk was not overly friendly and there was no one there at times. Had to call front desk at 3:30 in the morning because I got woken uo by very loud noises above us.

No hot water. Couldn’t shower

We love staying at Tru Hilton. It’s convenient to shopping centers and eateries. The complimentary breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and smell amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kreston is the best. I look forward walking into the lobby and he’s behind the desk. The conversation and warm hugs from him is so welcoming. My family and I will always choose Tru by Hilton!!

Property was fairly well maintained. It seemed like there were people/vehicles parking there that were not customers.

Very friendly staff! Breakfast was tasty and fresh with nice options. Loved the pool table in the lobby!! It gave us an unexpected family bonding moment. Room was super clean, and loved the soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom!

The staff was friendly... but... one front desk employee kept her car parked directly in front of the entrance to where no one could easily unload or load up, I took a pic of it... kept her car there... The continental breakfast was below par. The tables and floors had food on them from previous diners and staff was on their phones. I don't expect much. Ended up just eating 2 of their hard boiled eggs. Rooms were Very clean, showers were strong. I felt safe for the most part as i was with others.
