The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved again

the toilet is located outside the room and is very dirty

Good price and strategic location close to food places but suggestion drinking water can be given everyday. On the first day there was drinking water on the second day I asked the female guard said not drinking water everyday

Superior is given an outside bathroom. No breakfast. Better to take the standard one 😪.

A very comfortable hotel that I stayed in when I visited Kendari.

This time I was very disappointed because I was given a standard room even though I had booked a superior room.

The reception was not very friendly, they were busy watching soap operas on TV while talking, when asked something they were lazy to answer, the explanation about the standard room was not good, it turned out that the room did not have an en-suite bathroom, we were forced to go down again to report on the 1st floor even though the room position that was given was on the 3rd floor, we were forced to move rooms and had to pay more, in the future maybe we can be more professional.

The bed was very comfortable and slept very soundly.

The first time I arrived, the receptionist was friendly, maybe Traveloka needs to add what facilities you get according to the room type, right up to the room, the floor looked like it had never been swept/mopped, the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been replaced, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, the water shower was hot I can't, it's not convenient to have to renew the card every day 🙃. For a strategic location, near shopping, easy to reach if you take a grab. Suggestions to improve cleanliness. In general, for that price, it is quite good.

The place is clean, cheap, strategic, the staff is friendly, really recommended.

Rooms on the 3rd floor with plywood walls really disturb comfort. It was very noisy until midnight and in the morning there were lots of children noisy again. The rest is good, the outside bathroom has warm water.
