The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the balcony has a city view, the breakfast area is spacious, and the breakfast selection is excellent. The reception staff are incredibly helpful.

The hotel is new, clean, has parking, helpful staff, and clean, well-equipped rooms. My family booked four rooms, three different room types with nice views, and they were all beautiful. The room rates were also good and reasonable. There's a rest area for the driver. The breakfast was basic and relatively good. However, a major drawback is the poor soundproofing; you can hear outside noise very clearly, which is quite disruptive to sleep and makes it difficult to get a quiet rest, sometimes even at night.

I booked two rooms for my parents and myself. Having stayed in many hotels in Da Lat, I found this to be a good choice in terms of price and hotel experience. Everything was fairly good or better. However, based on my personal experience and the room I stayed in, the hotel could improve a few things: breakfast, the shower, and the hot water in my room. Those are the only minor points I wasn't entirely satisfied with; everything else was fantastic. Oh, and you get a 20% discount on Grab rides when you book through this hotel! Absolutely fantastic!

The bellboys were very enthusiastic. The location is a bit far from the city center, about 3km from Da Lat market, near Nam Phuong Palace. Overall, it's very good for the average price!

The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the service was good. However, despite booking a room with a view, it was assigned to a ground-floor room overlooking the parking lot, making the room quite noisy and requiring the curtains to be drawn all day.

The room wasn't soundproof, so it was a bit noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, everything was fine; the room was nice, new, spacious, and the staff were lovely.

The staff were polite and enthusiastic, the location is quite close to the city center, the alley is wide with a spacious parking lot, and cars can easily turn around. I booked two rooms, and one room in the corner seemed narrower than the other. On check-in, it seemed that due to cleaning many rooms for guests to check in on time, the floor was wet and sticky, but it was cleaned again the next day. I didn't order breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The air conditioning was inconsistent; sometimes it had the heat setting, sometimes it didn't. We had prepared warm clothes, so it wasn't too much of a problem, but a more consistent setting would have made the experience better. This is just constructive feedback. Overall, it's good, worth returning to and recommending to friends.

Hotel is good, new and clean. Location also OK, not so far from city central. Breakfast is simple with few basic dishes. That 's understandable for relatively small hotel. However, staffs are not very friendly, some even quite rude. When asked, they not even say a word, only pointing with mean face. Staffs need more training I guess.
