Since the beginning, check-in was good, staff friendly, welcome drink also ready. The room was spacious, children friendly, cozy, bathtub working well, no leaking. Breakfast is good enough, we can eat in-door or outdoor. We ordered pizza 2 times for room service and it was good and delicious. Checkout time was also good and fast enough. I will come again to stay a night with my family.

The view is the best. The pizza is delicious. Request a complimentary cake, too, and the response is fast 👍🏻

If I get the chance, I will return to this hotel. And for those planning to visit Karimun Jawa, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, has a beautiful view, incredibly friendly service, and delicious food.
