somehow its difficult to go to the room for the first time from car park, especially for me on tower 4, after few times getting to use it, thanks for the patience guidance.

The bedsheet was not changed, still have hair and smells unpleasant. The toilet was smelling bad as well.

The view from the hotel is amazing, seeing the clouds and the sunrise is amazing.

Quite close to Genting attractions, although better if you bring your own car or you could just order online. I think the room is still better for a max of 6 people to sleep comfortably or 8 max. They did provide mattresses but for me, it's too cold just to sleep on a mattress. The staff though is very helpful and available to help you through your stay.

So far everything okay one thing only the hot water is not function start yesterday when we checked in, 😢.

If you go to Genting, stay the night here again, the place is ok, the rooms are ok, the view is ok & the tranquility is super ok.

The staff was very helpful when checking in because my children were sleeping and it was a hassle to get the access card, this is a two room hotel type but connecting, the standard facilities are quite ok, lots of food for sale, only the cleanliness in the public facilities is a bit lacking, when I want to go up The room lift from the Sky Garden smells like rubbish, but it's been perfumed so it's not pleasant, so every time you go up and down the lift, maybe the building should pay more attention.

The atmosphere of the apartment room is quite comfortable and spacious, almost like a hotel room in general, but the location is quite far from the First World Hotel, although there is a paid shuttle bus provided every 1 hour to the Sky Avenue bus terminal at the First World Hotel.

If you are confused about whether to stay at the hotel, just do it, it's cheap and the facilities are good, the price is right, if you want something good, spend more money

Gampang check in & check outnya, dikasih detail yang sangat lengkap. Dibawah ada 2 minimarket juga cuma harga sangat tidak bersahabat, bisa 5 kali lebih mahal dari di kota. Susah dapat grab tapi tersedia shuttle bus dari hotel ke skyworld mall dengan hanya membayar rm 7. Ada AC tp ga terpakai juga karena cuaca yg dingin. Kamar bagus sangat, luas & WC juga sangat luas. Super recomended.

Good for the price, nice view, would be great if Grab is around.
