As soon as I checked in, the staff made me a little dissatisfied with the service. I was fully paid but still asked me to pay to check in. After I finished, I was asked to let me go to a waiting seat to check in and present relevant documents (because I checked and there was an elderly person who was transferring planes at noon and was very tired and could not stand in front of the hot cafe counter). After I repeated my request to come in, sit down and wait or pay anything else that I would provide, the staff who escorted me to the room all sat down and waited. But during my stay, I was very satisfied with the service, room supplies, and friendly staff. All good and strongly recommended
