There needs to be an improvement in cleanliness and hangers as well as wifi connection. If the rainy season conditions, access from the car to the room is less comfortable. The guards are friendly and polite. Beware of insects such as mosquitoes, ants and spiders. Scented towels and sheets and pillows are okay. The layout of the room needs to be improved so that entering does not directly hit the bed. The TV rack can be swapped with the position of the bed. The bathroom faucet and sink need to be cleaned regularly.

The location is remote, the back and side of the garden are dark, the outside lights are not bright enough, so at night the atmosphere is scary, actually it's good, it's just not well maintained. -The bedsheets haven't been changed, they smell musty (complained, they were immediately replaced) -The sink is dirty, there's leftover rice in the strainer. -The water heater has leftover water, I don't know when the water was that it made the inside slippery. -The bathtub is slippery with moss, so I scrubbed it first before using it. Leaving from Surabaya tired, arriving at the villa instead of resting, I clean the bathtub 😩. If there are guests, the bedsheets should be changed, everything should be cleaned including the water heater and bathtub. Once again, this NIAN villa is actually good, but the maintenance is lacking.

The accommodation is very quiet. The caretaker, Mr. Agus, is very helpful. Suitable for small families or honeymoons. Nice for daydreaming and forgetting about work
