Convenient location, restaurant next to the hotel. Good cleanliness. However, I was disturbed by the sound of dangdut music from 8 PM to 11 PM, even past 11 PM, from in front of my room, near the lobby. I don't understand why this hotel is turning into a nightclub.

- The room is full of cobwebs, especially around the bedside lamp, and it's dusty. - The bathroom water stagnates for a long time, especially when showering, making it uncomfortable and doesn't soak in. - The wood is rotting from termites, giving the impression of being old and not being replaced. - There's a mini-fridge, but it's useless. It only turns on but doesn't get cold. - For 300,000 Rupiah, it would be acceptable to have coffee, sugar, and tea in the room, as well as a water heater or electric kettle. This one doesn't have any.

The initial check in was fast and the staff was very friendly. The downside of this hotel is that it needs a lot of improvements and attention to the cleanliness of the bed. When I checked the sheets, there were blood stains. I immediately complained to the hotel staff, even the manager who handled it directly and immediately the room I was staying in was replaced with new sheets. Even the staff here immediately cleaned the room with the housekeeping staff. It felt very comfortable for me and my family to stay here. The service at the Noola Hotel is very good👍

The room is clean, unfortunately it smells of cigarettes, maybe the hotel is not strict with guests or bg, the room is neat and clean but smells. Even when we go home our clothes smell of cigarettes.
