Good, friendly staff. They even helped me with a locked suitcase and forgot the password. Nice.

Staying here was very pleasant with friendly staff and clean rooms that made it comfortable.

Great location only, near to MRT Bugis.

Just realized that I have to deposit SGD 50 during my stay which will be returned upon check out, because the location is close to MRT and Bus Station. If you want to look for souvenirs at Bugis Street, just walk behind the hotel, Haji Lane, Sultan Mosque, Kampung Glam are also just a short walk away. There are many cafes around the hotel. The downside is when I asked to clean the room and I stayed in the morning, it turned out that it would only be cleaned in the afternoon, so they only changed the towels + refills that were lacking, the sheets were not changed and tidied up. Oh yeah, you can leave your suitcase too, but if you leave your suitcase after 21:00 there is an additional storage fee. It's free to bring it at that time.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and very smal, it is not recommended for travellers who bring suitcase. The wifi is very slow (in the room only 2 bars), just enough to send WA message. The check out time is very strict and the rules is quite stuffy. No toilet in the lounge, only in the room.

Strategic location and the cheapest price in bugis area. Very helpful staff in holiday matters, making us very comfortable to be here

The room was enough for two, the staff were friendly, we could drop our luggages before check-in and after check-out.

I trully recommended this hotel for a fair price, accessible, near the bugis MRT and Kampong Glam, we'll back to stay for the next vacation

The hotel turned out to be very close to the MRT, friendly for staying with babies, only the room was a bit small but the bathroom was okay because it was very clean, the AC was cold. But unfortunately mineral water was only given on the first day.

The room is small, the bed is also a small single, not recommended for families with children, enough for a couple. Just 2. The Malay receptionist is kind and very helpful.

I am happy to stay here, a hotel in the city center close to bus stops and train stations, very easy to go anywhere, close to the Bugis souvenir center, lots of restaurant choices in the area around the hotel on foot, a hotel in a very strategic location👍🏻
